light about the meaning of the cap tally from my new purchase a black soviet navy donald duck sailor cap and finally when was used this type of cap cause i see the same but with another wreath with the same soviet red star but 2 branches of leaves holding the star around:

yes,wreath like yours,somebody told me one like yours was the real one for these sailors caps and the one like mine is for side cap and so i need to get one like yours to replace:speechless:

The wartime ones had the star without wreath, correct version is straght armed as opposed to slighttly curved arms on furazhka star. Some people put side cap stars on later caps to make them appear 'older'.
