From what I have heard, the Iraqi Navy Flag didn't change from the pre 2003 so that will create a problem when one comes up for sale. Was it made pre or post 2003?? These badges are made of brass, 2-9/16 in. wide, Light blue bottom - 2- 1/16 in. high Light green bottom 2 in. high. It has a spring pin fastener on the reverse. This badge is also made in cloth.
