    1. Chris is right as they are still produdced but the tin does not bear date and Wehrmacht markings
    2. I am not saying anything definitively as some were issued in envelope or cartoon box - I only share 25+ years of collecting, at the end of the day each concludes for himself.
    3. Well; Starting from the begining Only fighters (day), bomber and observer clasps are cased (bronze, silver, gold) - this is a regulation issue You may want to show a case for another kind of clasp or one with pendant The ones I am showing arenot cased for the reasons mentioned above
    4. Night fighter clasps were NEVER cased, same with transport, air to ground ones and no case for clasp with pendant (even if some home made / customized are observed)
    5. John is right on all points and his way of comparing with photos is very good and very educative and help people to choose/understand by themself
    6. Some also have wear what seems sportwear Now, all officers, all "old" ... probably admin or technical classes. Can you make a close up on ther plaques on the wall and on the side caps
    7. Same here, Well, knowing the author and his (right IMO) way of collecting: militaria and info, no doubt we will ALL learn something (or more) which is the real target of this hobby as a collector - quest of knowledge. Waiting, but will comment more after reviewing it. As a side note, I see that more and books become more specialized which, again IMO, is a very good thing.
