Greetings all and Happy New Year!
I have my first numbered Silver Star. I am hoping it is not and add-on. Is there an archive available to look these up?
Thanks in advance!
George
Greetings,
I had picked up a Mass National Guard Officers tunic, these were in the pocket.
I haven't managed to find anything online. I searched ROTC as well. Thanks in advance!

Hello Maxim,
It is a new or fairly current uniform. I would like to add that the gold buttons do not belong. In thoe holes there should be a pair of eagle globe and anchors. Hope you can get some. That jacket belonged to a career Marine.
Best... George
Greetings Gents,
I have 5 of these... Not sure what they are, I am interested in finding out what they are for. Hopefully one or some of you are knowing.
Kind regards,
George
Hi, 2 years ago at a WW2 day I could have bought 2 of them for $40 with the chair. I believe they can fetch upwards of $200 if dated during wartime and have papers etc.
Ok so, he is an Englishman who was married to a yank. He resided in Rhode Island and enlisted in Canada in 1917. It is late here now, I will up load the attestation soon. What else or where else can I look f2f or service related information? What else would you like to know?
This is the bulk of them I do have a couple WW1 vintage. I like them and I don't think very many collectors look for these.
I like the older USMC ones the most. A few are made by Balfore and one in Providence R.I.

These look good to me. If the clutch posts are short, where the clutches almost touch the back of the wing that is a good indication of earlier wings. Also the solder looks like a puddle around the base of the posts also another good indicator of earlier construction.
