    2. I've read in a WW1 forum, that the Leiber-Officersring has a Lionshead. Offiziere einen Löwenkopf, Mannschaften die bayerische Raute und die Königskrone
    3. In Ingolstadt was a exhibition about the Alpencorps. There are some decorations of Konrad Krafft von Delmensingen. There was a ring, possibly it is the officers-ring. Sorry about the bad pictures
    4. Thanks a Lot, he also got the Jubileemedal and was Member of the Verein der Tapferkeitsmedaillenträger past 1955 Ortsgruppe München. I don't know anything about Leiberring for Officers. In my list, I have found Ring Nr. 1086 for him.
    5. Very nice bars. The ribbon of the MVK on the first bar was for war merit, given to military officials, military priests etc Here the big brother to my mini
    6. Hello Chris, do you know, that the Aschaffenburger Jägerkaserne was home for one section of the Bayerische Landespolizei? This Policecaptain was Alfred Wanka, the last commander of the 2. Jägerbataillon Another 2er Jäger, I call him the Chinese :-), Later he has been an officer in the german Army
    7. Hello, long time ago since starting these post. I*ve got some bavarian orders and a nice picture of Aviso Grille. The grandfather of the former owner got the golden bavarian bravery medal, The father was sailor at the Aviso Grille for two years. I coud get the decorations for a high price, so he gave me the picture for present. It is paintet with oil-colour an a pasteboard. I think these pictures were paintet in larger edition for sale. It is a nice picture wit a original ribbon, but it is cut on the backside :-( The size is 80 x 60 cm.
    8. Hello, I thoght, that the backward mounting was a dislike for Kaiser Wilhelm after the war.
    9. The medal with prince Alfons was for his 25years jubilee as protector of the bavarian shooting-association.
    10. Here a long service NCO but no combat-awards Bavarian policeman Another bar of a bavarian policeman
    11. The bavarian first class crown /swords is a known fake. The Sicherheitsdienstauszeichnung looks even bad.
    12. Very nice photo of a long service NCO. The second MVK is the second class (1905 - 1913) what was awarded before WW1.
    13. Very nice, The paper with the whole story were given since 1918. To get this paper with a picture is very rare. I am a little bit envious.
    14. Here a second Class crown/swords am Band für Kriegsverdienst Owner Fritz Wilking Beamtenstellvertreter einer Vermessungsabteilung. To this paper belong the Weiss-cross.
    15. That is a early Weiss-MVO with golden medaillons. The ribbon looks new. Chris wrote, what happened with the enamel

    17. Nice bar, can you show better pictures of the MVO. The bar was from a officer of the bavarian Landwehr. He got the Landwehr service cross for 20 years.
    18. Hello, was this flag for two units? I read B 23. Inf Leib Regt, The 23th Infanterieregiment with the hometown Landau and the ILR with hometown Munich. The first bataillon of the 8. Reserve Infanterie Regiment was in Kaiserslautern. I think it was a postwar veterans association foundet in Kaiserslautern for members of the ILR and the 23. IR.
    19. Hello, my newest entry. A very nice NCO bar. He got the MVK before 1905, so he must have a special position like a gunnery NCO, purser, military-musician or something. In the great war he was a noncombattant ( see König-Ludwig-Kreuz and FEK without swords). He got the cross for 24 year long service, the bar was made after 1934.
