    1. A closer look at the maker marks.
    2. Here's the rear showing the two maker marks.
    3. Here's one that arrived today. It cost a little extra but it was worth it I think. It's an EK1 marked J H Werner on the rear. This cross has a really nice look to it, although it's not mint. This is apparently a not often seen maker. What does everyone think?
    4. I never thought they were rare, but I can't remember the last time I saw a marked one for sale.
    5. Thanks for that information. I can see the 2 getting mixed up. I have an unmarked 98 Souval, but how often do you see marked 98's?
    6. Have you seen any of these 86's with marks on the ring or just unmarked?
    7. Could be. The swaz looks thicker but that could be paint, as the two crosses have different levels of paint loss.
    8. I like variants and you don't see too many of these so I snatched it up, although it was for sale for awhile. It's in good condition. I wonder who made it?
    9. Thanks for the great comments guys. The 93 has as wide a frame as a 24 for sure. Appreciate it.
    10. Interesting and a bonus to find a maker and silver mark. Are you saying these are hard to find like this? I'm guessing they are. By the way, have you gotten my PM's?
    11. Here's the rear of the 13. Thanks for looking.
    12. A couple of new ones arrived today. The first is marked 93 and has a wide type frame like a 24. How hard is this maker to come across?
    13. This just arrived with a couple more. It's unmarked and has a non magnetic core. The ribbon ring on it is also smaller and a little thicker than usual, and reminds me of the one on my Shinkelform. What would this core be made of and what does everyone think of this item in general?
    14. I'm new to this game so when I saw it pop up for a fair price I first checked the chart to see who L/50 was. When I saw it was Godet I had to have it. I have a Godet EK2 1914 and it's beautiful, so I felt this would be a good addition. These comments only help me feel good about the decision. Thanks.
    15. Thanks Micha. I was there just as it popped up for sale and it was a decent price too. Snagged it with a single parade mount EK2 for a good deal also.
    16. Hey thanks. It was a nice find.
    17. I think Joe campbell's assesment of the price of this piece was pretty accurate. Dealers will of course ask for more. This cross has a great look to it. Very nice piece.
    18. Awww, leave the poor thing alone. What did it do to you?
    19. Hank, there's no such thing, just more character.
    20. Thanks for showing us these examples Mike. The third one is a real stretch.
    21. I agree, the core details do look different. Perhaps you have an N marked cross, or maybe I do. These marks can get confusing on the EK2's. I say enjoy it and hope someone else comes up with an answer. Nice items you have there.
    22. I'm a big fan of these single parade mounts and am trying to pick up a few here and there. Here's a shot of what I have right now.
