    3. Dear Forumites could someone tell me if there is a Stammliste of the regiment mentioned in the title? I am looking for the entry of a Major v. Restorff, who was pensioned in 1817. Up to now I found this with help on a napoleonic forum: Cap. Joachim v. Restorff, gebürtig aus Mecklenburg, 1813 Cap. und Komp.-Chef der 6. Komp. des 14. It could be this person: Heinrich Joachim Franz (Heinrich) v. RESTORFF, preuss. Major, geboren am 04.12.1774 in Ludwigslust, gestorben am 11.03.1824 in Warnow mit 49 Jahren. (estimated with help of the v. R. family genealogist). But I would like to make sure. He is one of the missing officers of the General Staff 1815. Thanking you in advance for any help David

    10. Good day! I am investigating a prussian Artillerie Lieutenant by the name of NN v. Grünthal. He is mentioned in a book describing the 1815 campaign of the North German Bundescorps. Up to now I have only been able to find 1 noble family by that name. But it died out first half of the 18th century. Could anyone correctly identify this officer for me? Thanks a lot Regards David
    11. I see! Thanks for the clarification. the montenegrin souvereign looks nothing like his photos ?
    12. Hi I am looking for the careerdetails of a sachsen-weimar officer who was a Major in 1815. I can positively identify him as August Freiherr Linker v. Lützenwick. This officer ended his career as a s-w GM and died 1856. He held both classes of the prussian EK. Edit: in the regimental history of IR 94 it reads that the Major from 1815 was put zD in 1834. His time in prussian service was misread by me and involved the surrender of the combined ernestine forces under command of v. L. to the prussians in 1813.
    13. Oh I had no idea about the ribbon. Just curious about what MgVM stands for
    14. v. Perlet Thanks for the information. However without the Stammliste entries (if available) or another way to find out the single or double p s career data, I am unable to confirm.
    15. Thanks I reread my post and it might be somewhat confusing I am not looking for details on Graf v. Kielmannsegge his career is on wikipedia. Its this Lt v. Schlepegrell I am interested in. Appearently there were 2 a Rittmeister and the Lt. As it was a Jägercorps, he may or may not have come from the forestry service and went back to it. But I am just not sure and am hoping the officers of the KJC are incorporated in the Stammliste of hannoverian Unit (possible the JB?)
    16. Good morning I am transcribing the Field Journal of the kurhessian General Staff during the 1815 campaign against France. The kurhessian army was part of the North German Confederate Army. Of the prussian officers attached to the Staff of this army, I have been unable to find anything on: Kriegscommissar v. Voss. Where would I be able to find out more about him? Hoping you can help me out Regards David
    17. Good morning I have a diary of an Oberjäger who was part of the Kielmannseggschen Feldjägercorps in 1813. Mentioned in the book vividly is a Lieutenant v. Schlepegrell. Would anyone of you (with an interest in Hannover) help me out by finding him in one of the RegimentalHistories or Stammliste of Hannoverian Regiments? Thanks so much in advance David
