With some additional research and help, the medal bar is restored.

To my knowledge, only one cross was allowed to be worn.

If so, the third hole does not provide room for another award.

To me it looks like a second hole for a pinback medal.

It is unevenly stretched. Even the EK2 looks like to have different width of white stripes.

That was my thought about "Beendet" as well. You can't tell the difference. it is more likely that the seller terminated it prematurely.

EK2 ribbon is dirtier than the HHO one. From the back side they look the same. This is not a recent purchase, I've had this for about 20 years.

"Beendet" is "Finished" or "Terminated". So, probably it went unnoticed.

And it's the same as this one, which no one bid on.
