    10. Hello all, here is my todays photo quiz - who is this officer? Photo is taken in Konstanz 1901 - but he has only prussian awards on his bar... only an italian crown order and the W?rttemberg breast cross are non-prussian.... on the reverse something is written but it is hard to read. Any help with rank , unit or name is welcome Heiko

    12. OK.... I think we see the same...... last place is bavarian bravery , second from last is prussian war effort cross and in the middle is the EK.......... but are N?1 and N?2 really the MEZ1 and the Milit?r Verdienst Kreuz??? as you say , for this low rank..........?! I am very sorry , but I still have no scanner ( I know - I hate myself....) , so better pics are impossible at the moment , that`s the best my cam can do...
    13. Hello all, got this very nice photo some days ago and was very surprised to see his medal bar - are there really THREE black-white ribbons first??? Shoulderboard shows a 1 , photograph is taken in Miesbach / Bayern Any information would be helpful , thanks in advance !!! Heiko

    16. Cool down......... it is Generaloberarzt a.D. von Schlacht - in 1914 rank list still Stabsarzt Schlacht without the "von" in Infanterie Regiment von Alvensleben (6.Brandenburgisches) Nr.52
    17. would fit for SOME awards from Mecklenburg............ we need to know : is it RED or is it PURPLE ??? I would guess it is purple - then it is a Mecklenburg long service cross (they had a lot of different ones for many service years but all the same ribbon...) and if it is red I would take one of the Mecklenburg Verdienstmedaillen as the best possibility
