John, not too much to comment, besides that it is a really nice lot , thanks for sharing. If anytime you want to sell it let me know . Your research has been very well done. In firts lot the visor cap wreath was used by NCO and EM, and this is the second model used from 1935. In second lot you are right about the collar tabs, they are for an officer of the MA.

Kriegsmarine U-Boot Uniforms
KM-SPAIN replied to Michel's topic in Germany: Third Reich: Uniforms, Headwear, Insignia & Equipment
Erik, your tunic looks OK, but as always the story is only that, a story. The main difference between the denim models 37 and 40 is thand in the frirst the breast pockects hava the center pleats and in the model 40 this were omitted. About the shoulders, usually the enlisted men only changed the buttons, the junior NCO add the golden tress arround the collar and the shoulders, and the NCO and the officers changed the shoulder to the german model. -

Kriegsmarine Gasmaske
KM-SPAIN replied to nesredep's topic in Germany: Third Reich: Uniforms, Headwear, Insignia & Equipment
Hello, nice KM marked gasmask. Is not easy to found them. I have 3 KM gasmasks, and 2 of them are marked with the KM stamps, in the mask and in the can, and has the name of the owner painted on the metal parts and in a label on the starps. The other one is only with a paper with the owner ID, and all the parts (mask, filter, can and starps) has the name painted and in a label. -
