    1. Thought I had the right doc scanned but now I see that I don't. Will try to dig it out and post it later. I'm thinking that this is a long service group, Bryan
    2. A small group that I wish I still had, Bryan
    3. Hopefully I posted this in the right area. Gordon, please move this if another area would be correct. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what time period this piece was used (I'm guessing the 1950s-1960s) and why was it awarded. All I know is it was for being an excellent border guard. Thanks, Bryan
    4. Hi Paul, It's a private purchase set without a doubt and someone was very proud to wear the uniform. You just don't see them made like this anyone not even here in South Korea, Bryan
    5. Inside tag is named to LT (think this should have been LTC) John Minahan and dated 5-9-58. Think the other numbers 58283 might be his service number or it could just be a laundry tracking #. Thanks again for any help, Bryan
    6. Three years of overseas combat service
    7. The ribbon bar and the PUC are the cloth sew-on type and the senior pilot wings, rank, U.S. collar patches and overseas service stripes are done in silver bullion
    8. Here's a dress blue uniform to a LTC who served in the Army Air Corps in WW2 and remained in the military after the Air Force became a seperate service. I have had no luck trying to research the man and would appreciate any help that the forum could provide. The only info I have on this set is that I bought it at a Colorado Springs, Colorado Goodwill store in Oct 1999. It was on a rack of newer uniforms being sold as ideals for halloween costumes for the huge sum of $2.00, Bryan
    9. Hi Enzo, Thank you for this info, Bryan
    10. The MoH awarded to Sergeant Eldridge on display at the U.S. Army Cavarly Musuem at Fort Riley, Kansas
