    2. quote name='Christian Zulus' date='Feb 28 2008, 22:12 ' post='244421'] Gentlemen, what makes me worry, is the extreme bargain price of that group: USD 2000,- (not EUROs !) is far less, than you might get for selling the items seperated . O.K., maybe the seller doesn't know the price tags in Moscow or St. Petersburg ... Anyhow, it can't be an authentic "sniper-group", because we all know, which awards Red Army Snipers got, due to the regulations . Maybe the person, who got these long service awards, fullfilled his duties during the GPW in a sniper-unit, but had never the chance to kill enemy soldiers at the front line - who knows ... Best regards Christian BTW: Please, have a look at the current price tags of a Lenin, RB or RS .
    3. Thanks eric, really a lot of money I would prefer expend buying a good german group regards miguel
    4. I Agreed. The seller ask 2000 USD, What do you think?? Thanks Miguel

    7. Gentlement, This is a Beautiful commander cross w/ swords, from Bulgary. It?s very Nice IMHO, but... This is a mistery that I can?t explain yet. In every book I?read on the matter, the green cross is a commander class, WITH royal crown, and the Prince crown goes always with White enameled crosses...? Any Hints?
    8. Hello! IMHO, the Isabella order is sowing ther reverse, the anverse side must have both hemispherium with the Hercule?s columns and the moto (difficult to read for its size): "Plus Ultra" (translate freely like. "More earth abroad"..) and a ship (carabela). The type of the crown over the King Fernando (F) and Queen Isabel (I) is dterminant to know is this is an award from Before (Royal crown) or after 1939 (imperial crown) Regards Miguel
    9. This one came from a correspondent in Sofia, Bulgary. Is a dealer I know in some eBay deals. I ask Him on the matter, and this is the result... It was my Christmas give in 2004-2005... Miguel
    10. As long as I know, the Isabella Order is not an award to NCO or OR men...so The award can came afterwards when the man is outside the army and can be give for some charity & social labour that derserves it. The same thing can be said on the Jerusalem Cross and the Belgian civic cross (howhever the ribbon is for civic valou)r. So, you can think too on a low rank foreing office official, ex NCO... Miguel PS/ If we can see a zoom of the Isabella Order, I could tell you the award?s period
    11. Bulgarian Bar (a rarity!!, the first time I see a bulgarian bar... probably for sake of more research)) It includes: 1/ LS&GC cross 10 years for NCO Ferdinand edition (1889) 2/ Commemorative Cross for King Ferdinand accesion to the throne 3th. class (1887) 3/ Merit medal 2nd. class (Ferdinand -young- edition type II, 1887-1891) 4/ Serbia War medal silver (1st. class) 1885

    13. As I?ve already write, I think will be very difficult to find the file to these men...or I can?t find the way. Gentlemen I am open to any sugestion on this matter Thanks miguel
    14. Thanks...David I enjpy this rarities...Now almost imposible to find at a reasonable??? price... The bars can tell one man?s history in a more wide historical backround...helas, I don?t know their name and is almost impossible to find now. I take a minute to think about their life Regards miguel PS/ It?s difficult to restrict yourself to a determinated period, It ist?n??? Sorry for my autodidactic english reagards again Miguel
    15. Here You have another medal type and a new form to express wound: A red cross on the green ribbon of a Africa campaign medal (Marocco)
    16. The exhaust is more like the Ju 87 A-0... What do you think?? Miguel
    17. quote name='Noor' date='Feb 20 2008, 20:22 ' post='242656'] Photo what I got today shows a (german? resembles JU-87?) plane. Does someone recognise this bird and what period it was on use? /quote] It seems to me like a early (preproduction) model of the ju-87, It could be the prototype, with a british motor (Kestrel??), If only we could see the twin square Tail, that?s will be the proof. Miguel
    18. here you have a more "normal" medal, without red crosses and more modern...
    19. This is not very difficult to find, but a lot more if you wants red cross on the ribbon (each for wound, in war or action) Happy to show this medal to you Miguel
