    1. A few more documents to supplement those shown above. 1 Exterior.
    2. Lenin appears on a number of badges, especially for battarchud/pioneers (copying the grandchildren of October business?) and, obviously, on socialist friendship badges.
    3. And for the next couple of pages it goes on with what seem to be reports of achievement levels in various sporting events.
    4. The next page spread. The only immediate sense I can make of this is that the recipient was born in 1917, making him/her about 26 at the time.
    5. And the next page. Dated 23 April Year 33 (=1943). I have another similar document dating from Year 36 (=1946).
    6. I'll share a couple of documents from the "rare as checkens' teeth" category. Documents of a badge NO ONE has ever SEEN, except from a small, broken piece in one of the old collections in Ulanbaatar. W01, Badge "Ready for Labor and Defence", an obvious copy of its Soviet counterpart. (Almost too long to fit on the scanner and testing the upper limits of forum image size restrictions.) From what I read as year 22 = 1932. Beyond that, it is on the list for translation.
    7. And the interior, dated 23 September 2003 (document pre-printed for 200_).
    8. Document for the badge for 70 Years of the Border Guards, E16. Exterior.
    9. And the interior spread, dated 1 September 1998 (document pre-printed for 199_).
    10. Interior spread, dated 20 January 1987 (document pre-printed for 198_).
    11. Some more documents to add to the paperwork already shown here. 1 Exterior.
    12. And, yes, to me (too?) it looked at first glance like a 1921 Partisan Badge. But I don't think it is, but I can't say readily what it might be.
    13. And a closeup on the tiny fingernail-sized photo of the recipient. He looks like a banker, socialist or not.
    14. Document for Outstanding Worker of Finance and Banking, M06. Cover.
    15. See: http://www.official-documents.gov.uk/docum...0/7000/7000.pdf
    16. I knew that. Why did I get it wrong? Oops. But, as you say, still complex.
    17. Nice imeges. BUT, can someone with the power -- which I don't have -- move this to South Asia, please.
    18. Thanks JC!! So it is one of the "honored" badges? Interesting. Maybe one of those in the lovely national anthem video? (No such luck.)
