    1. The number of precedence is ok and after current german laws, which means, that all foreign decorations, even military ones, have to be worn after all german awards, even after the "Sportabzeichen".
    2. Did they receive the EK2 for actions after Nov. 11, 1918? However this would make the cross much rarer than what I expected
    3. Of course. Your document was the first one I ever saw for that type of EK2. And of course we don't want these @??$%3)(? to "upgrade" standard EK2/HK medal-bars. Most important is that my feeling as collector says for this medal-bar... You know what I mean.
    4. @ekhunter: Yes, the non-combatant Hindenburg will identify the EK as the rarest of all EKs. @Rick: The Imme-Hindenburg is made of bronzed steel. I think we can be sure by 100% that his EK is "the one" since the germans were very correct in awarding the Hindenburg crosses usually after the entries in the Milit?rpass (if I am correct) and so someone who only heard shooting at the range will never get the combatant HC.
    5. Black backing. The medal bar is 100% genuine and passed all "tests". I never saw the maker "Jmme" on a Hindenburg cross before! I only know it from WW2 Luftwaffen badges...
    6. I think this is the classic combination of the rare cross mentioned in the title. Only 6855 of these have been awarded.
    7. I got one too. Any opinions on this one?
    8. Merci monsieur.
    9. Thanks Rick. This Kepi seems to be pre WW1 but was still in use during WW1. However not directly at the frontline. You would beg for a headshot with this one... Anybody knows more about it?
    10. Nobody knows something about this item?
    11. Hi, I just got this french Kepi for a Colonel of infantry regiment 80. Any idea about its date? WW1 and before, is it original and what could be a "normal" price for it? Thanks!
    12. Thanks guys. Rick, what do you think about the academy badges from me? The crest looks a little bit strange. One looks like copper.
    13. Parachutist and para-instructor badges:
    14. Here are more badges from my collection. In my opinion all of them are original, but just to be sure and sleep well, I want to ask for your opinion. The red enamel looks a little bit dark in the scans.
    15. In my opinion this is a fake. It lacks a lot of details you can see on the badge in Herfurths DDR-book. The enamel looks like dried blood or whatever... What do you think?
