    1. Elmar Lang: So the cross is here, it?s marked F.A. - Franz Adler? I had a Jubilee Cross 1908 in my collection that was marked F.A., but it was 100% post 1918 production....
    2. pinpon590: Military Merit Medal would be before Merit Cross (which is on the photo on the first place) , this medal with crown is also too little in diameter to be a SIGNUM LAUDIS medal... The big medal on the second place looks like it has a stripe in the middle of the ribbon, maybe wound medal?
    3. makersmark - AEK - A.E.Kochert, the other should be hallmark for silver...
    4. John McEwen: Yesterday i have sent U pictures from the article, now i have send U translation of the article.. Please let me know if both mails arrived...
    5. John McEwen: I totaly forgot about the translation, i apologize, will do on it in next two days.. tomorrow i will make at least photos of the article (with pictures) and will send it to your email...
    6. Elmar: I have ment the little ribbon(i dont mean the trifold ribbon).. As far as I know, ribbons (with or with without miniature) were introduced in A-H army during WWI.. so not everyone became a medal with little ribbon... so they had to buy it... or? For those who would like to own one cased Karl-Troops cross, there is one now in auction...
    7. Elmar Lang: I will look, when the cross arrives... I have few ribbons, so no problems with completing.. but I didn?t knew, that decorations were given to soldiers with ribbons, i thought they had to buy it.. :)
    8. For few minutes I have bought a wonderfull piece for my small collection of A-H awards... I have seen this case only once in a book, so does anybody own a case for Karl truppen kreuz? here is photo from that auction... caleb - sorry, i wanted it .. :)
    9. All: Thanks for help... Only one question.. Is it hard to buy that medal? how much does it costs?
    10. I think albanian legion had black-red kokarde on the fez.. the number on the fez is identification of the unit used from year 1917.. if I see good, is there BJ? - maybe bosn. herzegovinian j?ger bataillon?
    11. The medals look like Czechoslovak Firefighters decorations, between wars period, maybe hungarian nationality living in southern parts of Slovakia... Ribbons are most three coloured - could be white, red and blue? but thats only an idea...
    12. This one came only few days ago... on the case german - czech name of the medal, medal Ag hallmarked "A".. but I have never seen a photo of someone wearing this medal.. does anybody have it?
    13. Thank you, I am really happy to have it in my collection..
    14. The case was bought with A-H Bronze Military merit medal (SIGNVM LAVDIS). But it doesn?t "fit" in there... And A-H decorations don?t have needles on ribbon...
    15. A friend has bought an Austro-Hungarian award in this case, but it?s surely not A-H... Have heard it should be something british.. Can someone help?
    16. Newest in my collection... miniature of officers cross of red cross decoration... Ag, 21x17 mm, 2,68g
    17. John McEwen: The article is written in czech, only resume is in german, but if U can wait few days, i will try to translate it for you... If you want, it?s possible to publish the article i mentioned. I know the authors and they agree. It?s normal here, that in czech journal are published translated articles from austrian or german journals, etc.. And one more question... are you going to write about cases and miniatures of this medal?
    18. Its written in czech language, but resume is in german... it costs only cca 16 EUR pro year (incl. postal costs in foreign).. every year there are 4 numbers, in every one is at least one article about A-H decorations...
    19. John McEwen: its in latin - T.S. - Tautenhayn sculpsit (Tautenhayn engraved) JEDLIČKA R. - SEDL?K L.F.: V?lečn? medaile 1873, In:SIGNUM, V. řada, č.1/2008 (thats a czech phaleristic journal)
    20. a friend sells this badge, but he says it?s a rare item and wants a lot of money for it.. really lot... Is it so rare? what is the real price for it?
    21. ..and here photo from latest book about Slovak medals and orders...
