    1. Very nice! What a shame though!!! I do agree with George regarding the picture. I'm surprised a Russian collector didn't pick-up the whole thing! When were you offered this? Thanks! Rusty.
    2. I'm still looking for the Soviet made one for my collection... Very nice! Rusty.
    3. The Yugoslavian one is on the left and the Soviet one is on the right.
    4. No, they are not a group. He has been selling 3 items for as long as I can remember. One, a RB screwback he actually sold since I haven't seen it in a while. The other two are still being pushed. If it was real, it would have sold years ago! Rusty.
    5. It's a modern copy. The ring is a dead giveaway. Rusty.
    6. That badge has been offered for sale for as long as I have been collecting! I wonder if he's still selling the OGPW2... Rusty.
    7. I think that's the highest S/N I've seen on a Partisan Star 3rd class. The Merit to the People looks like a normal variation. Rusty.
    8. Hendrik, I don't know. There is no good reference like McDaniel to go by and the info is scarce at best. Rusty.
    9. Actually this seems to hold true for most Yugoslavian awards. There are 3 varations with sub-variations for each. Rusty.
    10. Hendrik, It appears that there are 3 types of this badge. Screwback Horizontal pinback revorked from the screwback Late pinback You have the last type. The screwback was 1946 or so untill the 70's Rusty.
    11. That is one heck of a hat device! I asked him if he has any pics showing it in actual wear... Rusty.
    12. A friend from Yugoslavia posted the answer, I guess... "Premilitary school (campus) cap badge for all participants. Yugoslav one." There we have it. It's a cap badge... Go figure! Rusty.
    13. I'll post pictures of my screwback once it arrives. I actually found a steal of a deal on eBay for $60. Usually they sell for $100 or so. Rusty.
    14. Hendrik, You have the type 2 of the order. The little marks are the silver content stamps. I believe both versions were made from silver unlike some orders that were made from silver and later out of other metal. Rusty.
    15. Eric, Thanks! It's very simmilar to the Bulgarian Partisan Badge. I'll do some more research... Thanks! Rusty.
    16. Here's what the Bulgarian Partisan Badge looks like:
    17. Eric, I know what you mean. It's not quite Yugoslavian yet there are no references to it in any Albanian places that I looked. Bulgarian Partisan badge has a different motif from what I remember. I'll need to look that up to see if I'm right. Thanks! Rusty.
    18. I found this piece and was wondering where it is from. The screwplate is marked IKOM ZAGREB meaning it was Yugoslavian manufacture. I also know that Yugoslavia made awards for Albania but is this a Yugoslavian or Albanian award is the question. I did some digging and can't find any refereces to this badge. Here's the picture of the award:
    19. Is it a pinback or screwback? What's the S/N on it? Thanks! Rusty.
    20. Here's the 5 and 6 torch variations of the Military Merit 3rd class:
    21. Bryan, You should!!! These don't come up that often... To keep this on topic I wanted to share some variations: Here's the Order of Labor screwback and pinback:
    22. Bryan, Thanks! I actually love these Yugoslavian awards almost as much as I do my Soviet ones! There is no secret. I've spent considerable time sifting through the Internet and found a few contacts. So far I have promises and I'll keep my eye out for you but that's better than nothing! Did you contact the guy about the Partisan Star 2? I bought Military Merit 1st class from him. Should be here in a week or so... We'll see... Rusty.
    23. This is the original box it came in:
    24. Here's the Military Merit 2nd class. This is the 6 torch variation in silver.
