Hi Anthony, this is Badge. It is indeed issued by Ukrainian Internal Forces/Внутренние войска Украины. I believe this badge is some kind analog of Armed forces Guard Badge. The screw should be made in white medal with two inscriptions "Киiiв" and "Гарант" Cheers, Nick

Strategic goals of Japan were always the same. Only tactics varied. Japan gladly supported 1911 Chinese Revolution hoping that it will weaken China and create separatist movement.
