Hi Don It is a match right down to slight cutoff of the H in Gesch and the protruding C on Gesch as well. I also have a pinback version (for females possibly?) I'll scan this weekend. Thanks for showing my good man. Robert

Brian Yes I don't seem to have the larger Frauenschaft Type III. The type II I have pretty well covered except for Joe's x-tra klien Frauensch.

Here is an enamel I just picked up with some TR Austrian items. Unmarked. Very well made and I assume hunting related. I have not a clue as to time period. Would anybody?

I find I have 4 of these yet no larger version. Go figure. PS If anyone has an extra large version I would gladly swap 2 of these I show for it.

Joe Ahhh I think yours is 9118h and mine is 9118i!! I hope we are not confusing. And, what is the concensus on what the 3 letters stand for? G, H, and L that is.

But seriously, would anyone care to speculate why this would be the case? No stickpins for ladies that is. And, in another vein, has anyone acquired the GMIC pinback, and if so, how would they rate its' quality.

The only ones I could think of are stenogroschaft and radfahrer. Radfahrer I have never seen in pinback yet. Purely speculation on my part. Something interesting to ponder. Cheers Robert But as Don states, neither of those I mention were specifically for women. Breast factor perhaps? Ouch!!!

I would logically assume this is an early pin being the first. Anyone know when this was held. It's a nice little pin actually and I am thinking early fifties as it has attaching pin very similar to TR. Thank You and sorry to be a bother. Robert

Pete It's made of metal of some sort with same attaching setup as membership badges. Let us see what Don has to say. Hopefully he is busy on his book.
