    1. Thank you for sharing that image! Amazing decorations, especially Miloš Paja, short for Pavle, Marinković (Павле Маринковић 1866-1925) was one of the ministers who welcomed Mozaffar ad-Din Shah Qajar during his short visit in September 1900. My guess is that he was awarded during that visit. I just have one small correction, on the back side of the picture is written that he was an ambassador in Bucharest.

    9. You're welcome Nick Considering that 4th and 5th classes were awarded less than the higher ones and that I wasn't able to find those classes being awarded any other time except in 1968, I think that there is a nice chance that yours was given to one of those six gentleman
