Excellent topic I'll post a couple of photos from my collection, mostly flee market finds. First one was taken in Trebinje on October 1944 (original inscription: Требиње - октобар 1944 г.). I believe the general standing in the middle is people's hero Vlado Šegrt. He's wearing Partisan Star 1st class. By the way notice his hat badge, generals' had white enamel around the edges. You can see the same badge being worn by Petar Drapšin in the photo you posted.

Lieutenant - Military Merits 3rd Class Captain 1st cl. - People's Army 3rd Class Major - Military Merits 2nd Class Lieutenant Colonel - People's Army 2nd Class I had no idea they were stamping back sides of the certificates when someone purchased miniatures. Unfortunately, I don't have many documented groups, just this one.

Good protection against shrapnels

A beautiful story about that particular bread can be read HERE. "There are many testimonies that confirm the huge respect that bread enjoys among the Serb people, as the protector of life in a higher sense. To this day, there is the story of private Aleksa Zdravkovic from Pirot, participant in all three wars from 1912 to 1918, who took his mother’s advice to heart and spent eight years carrying his first portion of bread as the lucky charm. During the long years of soldiering, Aleksa believed that the ration of tain and strong will of his mother offered him protection. The tain of Aleksa Zdravkovic is kept to this day in the Museum of Ponisavlje in Pirot as a symbol of endurance and resilience, not just of one man, but of the entire Serbian people."

List from 1904 was published in the "Le Petit Parisien" journal and I think the other one is from "Le Gaulois". If you wish I can check which editions, unfortunately I saved just the cropped lists.

You are correct, that's the same person. He was one of the four, well actually five Serbian/Yugoslav vojvodas if you count d'Esperey.
