Soviet Please Help Identify This Medal

A member of another forum has this medal. I no that the picture is bad and the ribbon color is, for the moment, unclear. I hope that someone here would ID this medal.

Laos, DPR. Medal of Labor, second class. It should be on a red/blue/red ribbon.

Lovely medal

A quick search of Ebay showed up one Laos medal LAOS 50TH ANNIV 2ND CLASS MEDAL

So does any one collect these , I would like to see more
