Luftwaffe Help needed!

I received this with a respectable lot of Luftwaffe insignia.

What is it? Has anyone ever seen one?

Found this, don't know if it's any help!!

M-014 ARMY STANDORT PLAQUE - This one does not look like it was ever used. Has the Nazi battle flag at the top, below that it says "Standort - Segel - Wettfahrten, Ehrenpreis". Below all of that is an Army eagle, this is a die struck piece. Must have had a price tag on the front of it at one time as there is a little bit of what looks like glue on it. The reverse is a mirror image of the front and has some remains of glue and a small glue pad of some kind, must have been in a case, measures about 2 3/4" tall by 2 1/2" across........$185
