Steve campbell Posted November 2, 2006 Author Posted November 2, 2006 Here's a better picture (Thanks Imperial Quest). No it is not a brass core although these are often mistaken as such. The core is magnetic and I think it may just be a copper plated iron. Anyone have any opinions on this? This is a great looking piece and one of my favorites for sure.
