I'd say he's Karl-Heinz Krahl who was Gruppenkommandeur I./JG2 'Richthofen' as shown in his cufftitle.

Jacques, could you please show a detail of the emblem besides the pilot badge? I will try to identify it

Francisco, thanks for the name. unfortunatly it is not a unit badge but an alteration of the picture.

Is Krahl a Spanish Cross in Gold, or Silver, recipient? I know the various internet sites say "gold" but I have some information suggesting it may have been a silver, and I would like to see what information you have to say. Thanks!
