DavidM
HelloI've just received this 57 EK1. It is of three piece construction and has what appears to be a war time pin, hinge and catch assembly. The frame is of good quality, with well silvered rims.As usual, any comments or observations appreciated.
DavidM
HelloI've had chance to compare this to an L/11 marked 57 EK1 that I have, and I'd say they match. So I reckon this is an unmarked 57 Deumer piece.

Chris Boonzaier
Hard to see on the photo, but this was also a very, very nice WW2 frame with 57 core...http://gmic.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=12594

Dave B
Yeah I'd say a Deumer going by the catch,it's usually a tight "pigs tail" but yours looks like it has seen some use and has opened up a bit.Nice cross.
