Yes, that's Schlacht. He was a Stabsarzt (20.3.11) in Inf Rgt 52 in 1914, which suggests this was written after he retired as Generaloberarzt (then = Oberstleutnant).

My friend who 's got this paper, has got one beautiful ribbon bar. Have a look. I have already posted it. He found the paper recently original paper which came with the ribbon bar. Give me your opinion.
