Taz Posted October 5, 2008 Share Posted October 5, 2008 Additional information, although how reliable i'm not sure.This Order was awarded for Police Bravery. In 1989 this Order all but dissapeared from the awards list after the promoter of these Orders, General Arnaldo T.
