JUX is for the N.V. Nederlandsche Instrumenten Company (Nedinsco), in Venlo, a little town in Nederland.

Some naval sets made by Nedinsco turn up from time to time I don't have any myself - a friend of mine bought a Nedisco 7x50 a fewweeks ago - quality he tells me is very good.

I may be wrong but I think there was a strong connection bewteen this company and Carl Zeiss.
