Chris,

Foch and Joffre I got from the gazette website. The rest I got from looking at various photos. These, however were a bit fuzzy and I was looking for confirmation as well. I am also interested in any other foreigners, aside from French recipients, who received the military GCB. Not an easy task as I am discovering.
