I need your help to identify this lanyard.

that looks like a fourrage. The experts for French (or Romanian?) awards will be able to tell you to which order it belongs to. Or you make a search for "fourrage" and you will find, what you are looking for.

The colours of the fourragere seem to be red and green. None of the Romanian fourrageres had green in them according to the book by Safta et al on Romanian war decorations.

It was no correction Gerd, but only pointing out the differences. Besides the colours there are also differences in the shape of the metal pencil.

It isn't a Belgian one, other methode of loops, I think it is a furagere for the French TOE medal.
