Bryan Posted October 15, 2007 Author Posted October 15, 2007 Can someone post side by side two Orders of Bravery : one Yugoslavian ZIN (numbered) with one Yugoslavian IKOM (numbered)? I'm not sure how to differentiate them.
wlodzimierz Posted October 15, 2007 Posted October 15, 2007 Hier you can see the difference in used matal I think. They have different colour.and they use suspension device which are different.
Bryan Posted October 15, 2007 Author Posted October 15, 2007 (edited) Enjoy it.Hello Valuk!I am sorry, I didn't realised yet that the so called Soviet version is the ZIN version. Thanks for showing us a very low numbered award.@ wlodzimierzThanks for showing us both IKOM version side by side (numbered and unnumbered). Edited October 15, 2007 by Soviet
wlodzimierz Posted October 15, 2007 Posted October 15, 2007 Bryan, are you sure that russian order for bravery is made by ZIN? They were created in 15 August 1943 and first Order for Bravery were awarded on 7. September 1944.I think that russian version is made by Mondvor.Unnumbered order are IKOM and numbered ZIN.But I'm not sure.
Bryan Posted October 15, 2007 Author Posted October 15, 2007 Waldemar, maybe you are right with Mondvor!I'm not sure either but there is a least two kind of post-WWII orders that are numbered. The numbers that are stamped seems pretty different. I'll have to look for pictures to compare.Where was the ZIN located? Belgrad?
wlodzimierz Posted October 15, 2007 Posted October 15, 2007 Where was the ZIN located? Belgrad?as far I know ZIN is located in Belgrad and was renamed in ZNB = now Serbian Central Bank.regardswaldemar
