Soviet Soviet peaked caps

Hi, I don't know if this is the right place for these, but I've had them for quite a while, however I must admit as a non Soviet collector, my knowledge is limited. could any one throw some light as to what they are, and any branch of service.

If the brick/wine color in the second one is accuarate, that is the "Tsar green" full parade dress cap for an officer of the MVD (Interior Troops). It was made in Moscow in 19(89?), Can't quite read the two small letters at bottom of the sweat diamond, but those appear to be the year code and not the hat size.
