Guest Rick Research Posted May 10, 2007 Share Posted May 10, 2007 If the brick/wine color in the second one is accuarate, that is the "Tsar green" full parade dress cap for an officer of the MVD (Interior Troops). It was made in Moscow in 19(89?), Can't quite read the two small letters at bottom of the sweat diamond, but those appear to be the year code and not the hat size.
