Since the Godet DKiG, there hasn't been much added to my collection but I did get this nice Deumer and a couple of other EK2's that have not arrived yet. So, while I'm waiting for those to come in, might as well share this one...

I have one of these too with a copper plated core. The hardware is very similar to Zimmerman/Godet examples. Nice pickup. These unmarked crosses can often be picked up for less than marked examples, but are just as nice.

Thanks for the comments. One thing already noted by Steve is what looks to be cooper plating beneath the enamel. While the core is magnetic is does seem unusal that the iron would be plated before painting but as you can see, it does appear to be the case!
