I'm sure you know your source well, so I'm not worried.

But a hint of caution to the other collectors, these ribbons are not so hard to find, so a greedy dealer could easily "create" these himself to make an extra buck on these "rare" pieces.

Yes, great caution is advised, and I'd not pay too much of a premium unless paired with solid documentation which these are not. Alas, the chances of even getting rolls for these numbered medals is very slim (unlike the orders and decorations).
