webr55 Posted August 21, 2007 Posted August 21, 2007 (edited) A recent purchase, quite unusual I think: A white-black EK 1914 on a 1957 ribbon bar. This guy has added only a NC Hindenburg and a 40 year Treudienst - maybe he had more which were banned in postwar times. With the 40 year award, he must have been in civil service by 1902, at the very latest. So he was well in his 70s (!) when wearing this bar. Edited November 11, 2017 by webr55

webr55 Posted August 21, 2007 Author Posted August 21, 2007 (edited) Close-up of the Treudienst miniature, not much detail though. Edited November 11, 2017 by webr55

Paul R Posted August 21, 2007 Posted August 21, 2007 That is the first NC1914, 1957 bar I have seen! There could not be too many of those.
Guest Rick Research Posted August 21, 2007 Posted August 21, 2007 Especially not with 40 years in by 1942!
