as long as Alexei "Nota Bene" http://gmic.co.uk/index.php?showuser=1181 thinks, that both medals are o.k., you are on the save side .

Alexei is the sucessor of PMD for making the certificates somehow and a true expert.

I just read the statement of Alexei in the other soviet forum - congratulations .
