Snoopy Posted October 11, 2007 Posted October 11, 2007 HelloI don't have a lot of ammunition in my collection, but I have these two. They where found in the wreckage of a german fighter, in Norway. The one on the right has an explosive projectile. Both are 20 mm. Both are deactivated. They are both manufactured by Poltewerk-Magdeburg, in 1941.Snoopy
Paul R Posted October 11, 2007 Posted October 11, 2007 That is something we do not see often. Any details on the wreck?

The casing is from a fired round and the round itself was put on later they are British. They are both dated 1941. The round is marked with these markings. M M D 356 5 / 41Cheers Brian
