Christian Zulus Posted March 16, 2008 Author Posted March 16, 2008 You soviet collection is pure quality! I did not see a single "common" item in the lot! The photo of Comrade Yevgeny Dolmatovski is nothing less than stellar, and is one for the reference books!Dear Paul, many thanks .I also have (almost) the whole range of "common" items in my collection .That photograph can be rather often seen in GPW-books and also at a French book as cover.Best regards Christian
Christian Zulus Posted March 16, 2008 Author Posted March 16, 2008 Nothing to add, except these are superb and outstanding pieces!!!!!!! Congratulations!!!! A collection like these would today be very very hard to gather.... Dear Christophe, many thanks .Besides the fact, that some items of my collection would be hardly obtainable now, I couldn't afford to buy such a collection now. Best regards Christian
Christian Zulus Posted March 16, 2008 Author Posted March 16, 2008 Nice, Christian. Thanks for the effort to put these up. Nice to see all them in one place!Dear Ed,many thanks .My small & humble collection is no match to your collection, with it's numerous documented & researched sets .Best regards Christian

Christian Zulus Posted March 17, 2008 Author Posted March 17, 2008 The Soviet Avards looks to have very good quality. Dear Nesredep, all of my items are 100 % authentic & genuine - and of a high standard of preservation. Only about the 2 "Excellence Badges" (Sniper & Submariner) there is a discussion about the authenticy, as it is shown in the threads.Best regards Christian

Christian Zulus Posted March 23, 2008 Author Posted March 23, 2008 Christian, I in delight from your selection. The Red banner 3 especially is pleasantDear Sergey, many thanks .The RB#3 seems - according to the s/n. - to be a mere long service award . At least, the awardee received - before getting that RB#3 - one ore two genuine RB battle awards .O.K., RB#3s are rare and mine is in a very good condition ...Best regards Christian
Sergey Posted March 23, 2008 Posted March 23, 2008 Dear Christian, I wish to buy Some time RB-3. However today in Russia it is not present or is costs dearly. Therefore accept my congratulations. Yours faithfully Sergey/

MasterBo Posted October 19, 2008 Posted October 19, 2008 Would you please show the revers for your Red Banner of Labor orders?
Christian Zulus Posted October 19, 2008 Author Posted October 19, 2008 Hello, i am sorry but your Nakhimov medal doesnt look very good to my modest opinion. Here is an original one to compaire with yours. The letters in "Admiral Nakhimov" are different .... Let's discuss that issue at my Nakhimov-thread, because the "showcase" shouldn't be used for longer discussions.Best regards ChristianBTW: At least my Ushi is problem free .
Christian Zulus Posted October 19, 2008 Author Posted October 19, 2008 Would you please show the revers for your Red Banner of Labor orders? There are enough pics of the revers to see - just klick on the 2 links, which are leading to the 2 threads dealing with the RBL screwback and the RBL T3.
