Well. Here we are on the 70th anniversary (not that anyone is "celebrating" but it is a Nice Round Number) of the Anschluss.

Here are an assortment of ribbon bars to participants:

Top: a native Austrian Nazi, probably of NCO status-- a WW1 veteran

2nd from top: a German civil servant, former WW1 officer

Middle: a senior army officer (as yet unidentified)

2nd from bottom: a WW1 veteran SS Totenkopf or Junkerschule cadre member

Bottom: some sort of Nazi Party functionary

How do you know the SS is either Totenkopf or Junckerschule?

That one was almost certainly a local ex-officer Nazi.

Not SS-VT/Waffen-SS because the KVK2 is the "civil" type without swords.

This unnamed army Leutnant from a non-infantry regiment had his portrait taken in W?rzburg:
