Rattle Posted March 21, 2008 Author Posted March 21, 2008 Purple Heart awarded posthumous to S/SGT C. J. Davison, 409th Bomb Squadron, 93rd Bomb Group.Davison was KIA on 16th January, 1945 during a mission to Lauta, Germany.His B-24 was hit by accurate Flak and crashed near Wittichenau, Germany.
