Can someone please help to identify this officer (Oberst?)

His awards:

1. EK2 with the 1939 Spange

2. ? (House Order of Vigilance or the White Falcon?)

3. ?

4. ? (Hindenburg cross with swords?)

5. LS award with the Wehrmacht device

6. LS award with the Wehrmacht device

7. ?

On the uniform:

1. EK1 with the 1939 Spange

2. Wilhelm Ernst War Cross

3. IAB

4. Wound badge (Silver?)

Very easy to find, with the right books

MUCH easier (and quicker AND cheaper) than combing through the original lists

Note that the original roll has him as "Lotha." Even ORIGINAL sources have errors that must be corrected!

Ribbon #3 with the Xs only shows up after the Second War started. It is probably a KVK2X, but in the only portraits I've seen (so far ) it looks almost like a Silver grade Ostvolk award. His last ribbon is a 1939 Westwall Medal.
