Deruelle
Hi, I've got a bad feeling. You are right about the face. ON the original there is nothing. Need to know the weight of this medal. Christophe
saschaw
Looks pretty good to me, might have a "SILBER 990" in the rim. Mine looks almost the same but has the signature "MvK" left to the had. Those with were given pre 1914, so "yours" here is a WW I or later issue.
Stogieman
Unless of course it's from this seller ozelly who seems to have a couple of..... shall we say "interesting" offerings today!
saschaw
Unless of course it's from this seller ozelly who seems to have a couple of..... shall we say "interesting" offerings today! Hum? Are there any problems with that Baden medal...?
Stogieman
I honestly don't know Saschaw, the Sax-Coburg medal has an entirely different pit to it from the one shown by Miguel. The Baden medal looks an odd color to me. At this point, anything that falls outside the realm of "flawless and/or textbook" makes me have serious questions. saschaw
The Baden medal is textbook and I cannot see a reason for disliking the Coburg and Gotha medal. Once more, this is a post 1914 type but looks still to be real silver.
