ERIC Posted October 10, 2005 Posted October 10, 2005 Hi Guys, Just like to show off my newest additions - all 1st pattern in Aluminum by Assmann. All repaired to some extent, but the "been there" look about them makes them "speak" to you. Hope you like them as well!!ERIC [attachmentid=12752]

Hey Jan, perhaps you can help me out with my missing Para problem!? C'mon, I know YOU must have an extra one!! ERIC
Stogieman Posted October 11, 2005 Posted October 11, 2005 Hi Eric, great stuff. I am always surprised at the detail/quality difference between the different patterns. Assmann was certainly a premium vendor and made top-notch pieces. How about a photo of the backs so folks can see what real ones look like? Thanks!
ERIC Posted October 11, 2005 Author Posted October 11, 2005 Thanks Rick! Sure thing, here's the reverses of the badges. These aluminum badges are so delicate and light it's amazing that they have stood the test of time. ERIC [attachmentid=12920]
Stogieman Posted October 12, 2005 Posted October 12, 2005 Interesting that the hinges on these are so close to the Juncker Heer Para Badge Hinges (Type 1, Aluminum).... or is it just my eyes & wishful thinking?
