Finland Finnish Winter War

Here's my Finnish Captains Winter war pattern tunic and cap with a nice overcoat that I don't remember the date. Luckily, I have several Winter War dated tunics, mostly enlisted men. I am greatly fond of the Finnish Army and collected a large amount before the prices started rising too high.

The Finnish Army is very impressive.

What is the badge on the belt? It is so little in picture that my poor eyes can not idetify it.
