Gary B Posted October 20, 2008 Share Posted October 20, 2008 Hi, As for insignia of Heer Chaplains, there uniform was similar to that of regular Heer officers except that they wore no shoulderboards. Piping/waffenfarbe was purple. Additionally, if I recall, there were 2 different type of crosses that were worn on a chain, one for Catholic (priests) and another for other Christian denominations.
