P.F. Posted December 18, 2008 Posted December 18, 2008 Hi. Attached is my latest acquisition, the medal and ribbon bars of Vizeadmiral Werner Grassmann. Does anyone know how this bar was originally identified? Did he have any other awards or decorations? I refer to neck orders etc?Thanks Pierce

Paul C Posted December 18, 2008 Posted December 18, 2008 (edited) I don't know who initially did the ID. I check the 1913 Navy RL and his Belgium award is shown. A Navy ranklist post 1923 should show all of his awards. I have the same pic of him in my book and I would say the pic confirms that ribbon bar. Edited December 18, 2008 by Paul C
