    Hello Gents,

in my collection I have the Frackbar of Generalleutnant Wagener (younger brother of this men http://gmic.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=28934&hl=Wagener ) . He was before 1914 Commandeur of the 4th Kavallerie-Inspection and during the war 1914-1918 Commandeur of the 17th Reserve-Division. He died at 04.01.1925.

I need Informations about his orders and medals witch he received at war. Witch Hanseatic crosses he received and so on.

Also I don't know his given name and his birthday.

    Thank you in advance!

    Regards

    Gustav-- born in Berlin 1849.

The only information I have on his 1914-18 awards is that he had both 1914 Iron Crosses and the Bremen Hanseatic Cross.

I can confirm that he had nothing from Mecklenburg-Strelitz.

    Thank you Rick,

the EK2 and the Bremen Hanseatic cross is allready on the bar.

But it is possible to check the L?beck rolls? Because the L?beck Regiment was included in the 17th Reserve-Division.

Furthermore he received the swords and the breaststar with sword to the RAO 2nd class, but no sword to his Crown Order 2nd class with breaststar!!

Here is the bar of Generalleutnant Gustav Wagener...

The missing 2nd decoration is the reason why I'm asking for his war decorations. I believe a order is not possible, because of his rank.

The MVO 3rd class without sword is also missing...

    Backside of the bar.

    Regards Seeheld

Major Gustav Wagener, DragR 7, got the BMVO RK I on the 19. Apr 1898. It was returned in 1925 after his death.
