BUT look what I found on the back ! Dark blue with a makers label G G Ulrich Nachfolger Hamburg To bad he didn?t have any more medals so he could be traced. Paul C Posted January 20, 2009 Share Posted January 20, 2009 While I agree the bar does look like it is to a Navy person I doubt it was to an officer. If the blue ribbon is a officer 25 year LSC then, usually there would be a 1897 Centennial or at least, for the Navy, a RAO or KO. The Navyu was much more decorated then the Army.
