Excellent! I cannot imagine what could possibly have caused such an extreme delay in processing but they still seem to be working from the same stock of whatever are left of old awards-- from the serial number. This does not appear to be newly made.

Of course, the freakish thing is how Existing Government "B" thinks it is legally entitled to award decorations of Defunct Government "A"... :rolleyes:
